I had heard of this company since I was in grad school. It was making waves in the state, offering superb offers and even opportunities for young adults to train as technicians. When I graduated from technical school, I was delighted to know they had offered me an internship opportunity at the firm. It was a dream come true for me. I would shadow an a/c representative for a few weeks to learn as much as I could from him. During these weeks, I would sharpen my skills in a/c repair and a/c care. The apprentice program was terrific, and I learned much about a/c service. I trained with the experts for about a year and learned a lot. After the program, I was absorbed by the air conditioning company and later promoted to a senior a/c worker. I was so good at problem-solving that I was soon an air conditioning supplier. With the help of my colleagues and changing up some of the strategies of the air conditioning business, especially in their a/c care plan to improve indoor air quality, I managed to revive the branch. I had to develop new strategies to see our services, such as air conditioning maintenance, gain popularity with the home and property owners. We were promoting an air conditioner and new air conditioning filters at a discounted rate so we could draw customers to our business. We also offered complimentary air conditioner installation and guidelines. Our best sellers were the digital thermostats. A lot of homeowners would opt for the equipment. It would be a game changer for a lot of homeowners.
