I have worked for the family business my entire adult life. I had gradually gone up the ranks & was finally the managing supervisor. The staff at the factory had complained of deteriorated air quality. A rough check of the cooling system installation did not yield any fruits. The manager had called the office & scheduled a much-needed cooling system service where thorough a/c service would reveal any underlying issue. They needed a new a/c filter as the outdated a single was filthy. The cooling system worker got a dozen more filters from the downtown a/c business. He also diagnosed the necessary cooling system repairs as there were worn-out components. The cooling system representatives did a great job on the cooling system care plan. I recommended that the customer replace the regulator to a digital control unit, an plan he liked. Before leaving the factory, we shared a list of respected cooling system care instruction with the service team.
