The last end-of-year party started worse than the other parties, but just when I thought things couldn’t get any worse, I heard a single of the guys say that he had heard that the cooling system was not toiling. It was only a matter of time before people started leaving using the awful indoor air conditions as an excuse. There was no cooling system representative that would be available for cooling system service that late. We boasted of the best Heating & Air Conditioning plan with the most new digital control unit, & it was ready to embarrass us here. The need for cooling system care couldn’t have come at a worse time. I was still determined to have a nice time, but it was impossible since there was no party spirit. It all felt love a business meeting. When I saw our boss approaching us, I knew it would only be downhill from there. The shocking thing was she wanted to believe what she could do to turn it into the wild parties they had in the eighties. Ten hours later, a guy from the a/c business came to work on the cooling system installation with the promise of extra payment for toiling so late. He came in a van that looked nothing love the a/c business vans I knew. While the a/c supplier was doing the cooling system repair, his colleague asked the 2 of us to help him offload sound equipment. The deejay was all set up & ready in less than a single minute. The cooling system worker completed the cooling system care plan, & his neighbor brought a new a/c filter. After the a/c service, the air quality started improving. It was a single of the best parties most of us had ever attended.
