The floors were filthy

When you live in the desert, dust storms happen frequently, and sometimes the winds can start traveling quickly and we end up with 50 or 60 MPH gusts, then on a windy afternoon, sand is everywhere, and there is sand on the roads, buildings, streets, and in the houses, it is virtually impossible to keep the house clean when there are sand storms outside everyday. The kids were playing outside yesterday and they left the front door open. It looked like there had been a sandstorm inside of my house. The floors were filthy and there was dust everywhere. I made the girls get a broom and a dustpan and clean up all of the dust on the floors, but there were still particles of dust on all of the other interior surfaces. I spent 2 hours dusting all of the surfaces and sweeping up the dirt. I have been thinking about getting an air filtration plan for the house, however after that day, I was tempted to call the next afternoon. An air filtration plan would detach all of the dust, dirt, sand, allergens, pollen, and pet dander from the house, but the machine is extravagant. It costs a fortune to have the machinery installed and I sincerely do not have that kind of money. I tried to get the medical provider to pay some of the costs since I have seasonal flu symptoms, but they would only pay for 77% of a room air purification system. In a large house with multiple stories, a room air purification system is not going to do much good.
