I was overjoyed when the nurse announced that we were expecting twins, but both of us have been hoping for children since we got married numerous years ago, however i would work until the fourth week before starting our maternity leave. I work as a cooling workman at the local air conditioning business; Until I was about 5 weeks pregnant, I would take section in air conditioning install and air conditioning tune-up jobs, and my boss came into our office after we had completed an air conditioning repair job on an indoor air cleaning system, but he asked how I was doing with our pregnancy and if I needed any assistance with work. He then politely recommended that I take a back seat and work from the office until I left for our leave, though I did not recognizably prefer being stuck in the office, I understood him that the company would be responsible for any injury I sustained while on a ladder replacing air filters or doing any other proper cooling product job by an air conditioning expert. I understood that the company did not deliver insurance for pregnant ladies because the insurance companies argued that if insured, it would cover several parties, the mother and child. The company thought this was fancy and risky! For the rest of our pregnancy, I dished out air conditioning repair jobs to our team of cooling techs and then later reviewed them for quality. I took advantage of toiling from our desk and had our colleagues upgrade our Heating, Ventilation plus A/C equipment with a central air conditioning unit; When I started our leave, I had cleared our desk, there were no pending issues, and I had a up-to-date a/c to deliver quality indoor comfort for our up-to-date family and me.
