Christmas has constantly been our favorite holiday.
The entire family gathers for a friends plus family Christmas party the weekend before Christmas.
The family gets together plus spend from Christmas Eve eve until New Year’s Day, at our cottage in the mountains. The cottage sleeps twenty plus is less than an hour from the ski slopes. The people I was with and I have plenty of room for sledding plus snowball fights, plus there is a fireplace that has enough room for pretty much everyone to gather round plus drink warm chocolate after a long afternoon in the snow. My siblings plus I make cookies, plus it becomes a festive week for pretty much everyone. The only thing that kept Christmas from being fun this year, was when the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C method went out. It was difficult getting an Heating, Ventilation plus A/C business to come to the cottage. Everyone was enjoying their holiday plus didn’t want to travel two hours to a cottage that could be snowed in. If it hadn’t been for the fireplace, every one of us all would have frozen. Some of the kitchens had ductless Heating, Ventilation plus A/C systems, which made it better for the adults, but the bunk rooms didn’t. The teenagers threw their mattresses on the floor in the wonderful room plus slept in front of the fireplace. The people I was with and I didn’t let a little thing like a broken oil furnace to keep us from enjoying Christmas. Two days after Christmas, the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C business arrived plus repaired the oil furnace. The people I was with and I thanked him plus sent him home with cookies for the teenagers. Our own teenagers, refused to leave the wonderful room. They were having their own Christmas celebration; sleeping in front of the fireplace plus telling ghost stories.
