The air conditioning expert and crew were gearing up for the air conditioning installation.
It was the last step to getting the house move-in ready. The heat pump was ductless, and we could not wait to try it out. It was almost time to verify all the talk about ductless heating and cooling products. It was also the first time in my life that I would be dealing with such an air conditioning system. The a/c rep gave me a run-down on operating one, but I could not do it practically. Before choosing that cooling equipment, we visited an air conditioning business to consult a specialist. We needed advice on the best cooling technology for our home. With regular air conditioning tune-up and replacing the air conditioning filter, we would rarely need air conditioning repair. Biannual servicing of the HVAC would save us from avoidable breakdowns and ensure that the system will serve us for many years to come. We learned more about air conditioning than we had previously in that short period because we were fully vested in this project. We had gone with earthy tones for the house: flooring and paint. The bedrooms were more versatile and colorful since everyone seemed to have different tastes. The technicians finished the whole process and then cleaned up their mess; by the time we got into the house, it was heavenly. The indoor comfort and even the air quality had changed. Coming back home to that was one of the most rewarding things. It was our biggest family project yet.
