The heating, ventilation, plus A/C supplier had been in our lake house now working on the gas furnace plus ductwork for almost a week! They installed a new gas furnace that they couldn’t get working now.
They were still waiting for the ductwork to be delivered, and my spouse reminded them they had a contract saying they would install the new gas furnace plus ductwork within many mornings of the receipt of the gas furnace.
They said they had the gas furnace installed, however there was no way they could test it until they completed the ductwork; and then none of this was our fault. They ordered the wrong ductwork for our house, then every one of us didn’t order it. My spouse was frustrated because the people I was with and I had been running section furnaces for the past two weeks, but when the people I was with and I thought the people I was with and I would have heat within a week, he was okay with using section heaters… But space furnaces for two weeks were no longer pleasing, and he told them they had more than two mornings to get the gas furnace installed plus the ductwork in the locale! If our gas furnace plus ductwork wasn’t completed within more than two mornings, he was going to consider the contract as being broken; but at that point, the people I was with and I would get a new heating, ventilation, plus A/C supplier to finish the work, plus they wouldn’t even get paid. The heating, ventilation, and A/C specialist wasn’t pleased, so he called the owner of the heating, ventilation, plus A/C supplier. I’m not sure what was being said, however the heating, ventilation, plus A/C specialist wasn’t glad. When he handed me the cellphone, the owner was apologizing for not having the task done, plus all replacement fees would be free if I offered them two mornings to complete the work. I told him I had to guess, plus he then offered 25% off the price.
