I hired a company to help me with the advertising. One of the first clients that contacted the website was a bakery. I went down to talk to the owner of the bakery about the services that I could offer. At the time, she was already having some trouble with the air conditioner. She was in an older building and she was responsible for all of the air conditioner repairs. I quickly got to work so I could show her just how valuable I could be. I fixed the problem with the air conditioner in about 2 hours and then I sat down with the owner to talk about a plan. She offered to pay me for the repair, but I said I would take home some pastries and cupcakes to my family. I usually offer some services to clients for free so they can see how I work and the air conditioner repair was an easy way to gain her business. She signed a two-year contract with me for all heating and AC repair services. Every time I go in there she fills me up with the most delicious cheesecake and puff pastries that I have ever had.
