Jess is thinking about moving into a more energy efficient condo later on this year.
- She has been toying with the idea for a while now, however she has sentimental ties to the condo that she is already living in.
The only issue is, the condo that Jess lives in is way too big for her now that all of her kids have moved out. Jess was actually talking about turning the old condo into a rental space. But, she realized just how much work it was going to be for her. Jess has kind of decided that she doesn’t want to do that after all, and anyway. Jess see’s it’s better that she sells the old condo. She is in the market for a new more energy efficient home. The main thing that she is looking for is a high efficiency heating and cooling system. Jess actually hates having to pay high heating and cooling bills every single month and wants something that is going to be affordable. Jess is looking for a location that has radiant heated flooring and a high efficiency air conditioning system. She doesn’t want that, Jess also wants a location that has fantastic views and a wood burning fireplace. She told her friends she would not mind having radiant heated flooring in the lavatories as long as it has some kind of air conditioning in the summers. The rest of it doesn’t matter to her at all.
