The mold in the AC was extremely concerning

In the town, my mother and I co-own a small bakery.

My mom has been a huge baker ever since I was a little girl.

Children from the neighborhood used to swarm to my home just to indulge in her treats. Additionally, their parents placed orders for a variety of baked goods for special occasions or to complement the menu for Sunday dinner. Mom didn’t have to get a job at that time because dad was an HVAC technician. She would, however, use this side business to supplement the family’s income. Her goal was to start a bakery where she could distribute her sweets to a large customer base. Dad even started saving money to make it happen for her because she had the dream. But he fell ill when I was 16 and died not long after. This meant that in order to keep things afloat so that I could attend college, we had to draw from our savings. I vowed to my mother that she would one day have her dream bakery, and fifteen years later, business is booming. We were so busy over the past summer that we neglected to schedule home AC maintenance. When mom got home one evening, she discovered the AC was broken. She made contact with a nearby HVAC business, and they sent someone over the following morning early to conduct an AC inspection. The AC specialist discovered mold in the AC, which was very concerning in addition to a defective part. To get the AC working again, she had to perform a thorough repair and cleaning. Mom expressed her happiness and vowed never again to skip HVAC maintenance.
