When I first graduated from college, my budget was extremely tight, and although I managed to secure a task in my chosen field, it was an entry level position that didn’t pay entirely much, but i was struggling to pay off my student loans plus keep up with my car plus insurance payments, and there was entirely little money leftover to cover rent, utilities, gas plus groceries.

I finally figured out that I could save money by moving into an home with higher rent plus more energy efficient wiring, heating, cooling plus appliances. I needed to find a arena with either lower energy costs or utilities included in the rent. I was entirely gleeful to transfer out of that disappointing apartment.
