All my cherry wood furniture is dated

I have been obsessed with cherry wood furniture even though it isn’t the favorite kind of furniture in the new era. In fact, many of my friends with new homes suppose that my cherry wood furniture is a wee bit dated. My neighbor Lilly even said my furniture reminds her of the furniture in her Grandma’s house. While this could be a popular opinion, I still dig the classic look and feel of cherry wood furniture; Plus, the finish comes in so many unusual colors so there are a lot of varieties to choose from. Moreover, I suppose that the cherry wood furniture could be paired with other pieces to create a new or contemporary look. Personally, I like to take risks when it comes to decorating my home, and it drives me nuts seeing every condo have the same type of furniture. It lacks creativity and it tells me that everyone used the same furniture store in the town that we live in. I like certain accents, and I like finding antique pieces as well. And if I could find something that is both antique and certain , I have hit the jackpot. This is why I care about going to real estate sales because I can undoubtedly find some wonderful pieces there. And yup, many of the furniture at a real estate sale is old, however properly they are in wonderful condition. It beats getting cookie cutter furniture from the local furniture store in my town. Anyway, although Lilly may not like my taste in furnishings, I won’t change my mind about liking cherry wood furniture. Because unlike Lilly, I don’t care that it’s dated at all.
