There were several older couples there, who knew how to change the air filter, although I was shocked at the younger people who had no clue that there even was an air filter in their Heating, Ventilation & A/C system, one lady said she was paying the Heating, Ventilation & A/C worker to come to the house every month as well as do a service because she knew they change the air filters when they service the Heating, Ventilation & A/C system; Listening to all the reasoning for these people being at the Heating, Ventilation & A/C class, I felt like I was walking into the unknown abyss. I had nothing in standard with any of these people, as well as I felt like I already knew more than they did, and when I saw my local Heating, Ventilation & A/C worker out the hallway, she looked at me oddly.
