A new payroll supplier started handling all of the finances for the Heating plus Air Conditioning business.
- The payroll supplier issues checks to all of the employees that work for the heating plus A/C repair plus installation business, however during the last couple of weeks, my associate and I have had a multitude of problems with the payroll supplier.
One of the first issues happened instantaneously. The payroll supplier failed to issue any checks at all. Apparently there was a mix-up plus the payroll supplier thought my associate and I were going to be getting paid on Fridays, however the day that my associate and I are supposed to be paid is honestly Tuesdays, but when the employees did not get paid on Tuesday, a lot of people raised hell. My good friend and I wanted to know where our money was plus the owner of the Heating plus Air Conditioning supplier did not have an answer. She contacted the payroll supplier plus my associate and I found out that there was an issue with the payday… Everyone was paid on Friday plus now my associate and I get paid Fridays instead of Tuesdays. There were no issues for a while, however this week my associate and I had errors again plus my check was affected. I was supposed to get paid for 86 hours plus I ended up getting paid for 81 hours plus my check did not arrive until Tuesday instead of Friday. My boss gave me a loan so I could get through the weekend after I went into her office plus yelled for a half an hour. If my boss plus the owner of the Heating plus Air Conditioning supplier do not figure this out soon, I’m honestly going to find a odd job, however getting paid on time is absolutely important.
