I like to have my Heating and Air Conditioning system maintained by the local Heating and Air Conditioning corporation every 6 months or so… I preferably like to get it done in the Springtime and winter season months because this is when I’m transitioning between my furnace and cooling system.
- I use this time to reset my Heating and Air Conditioning system between the seasons to make sure that everything is running efficiently, and this year though, I fell behind and forgot to have my furnace maintained before the cooler weather hit, but when I saw that the weather was predicted to drop significantly one week, I began to panic.
I didn’t have my furnace maintained and I thought that it was going to chop down and I’d be left without heat. I didn’t know what to do because I thought that it was too late to call the local Heating and Air Conditioning corporation. I took a opening though and they were more than glad to repair my furnace before the temperature dropped too low. The Heating and Air Conditioning professional who came to my house assured me that this was still a wonderful time to have everything maintained because the corporation was less busy. They had completed a majority of their servicing and I wasn’t competing with all the other homes too. The Heating and Air Conditioning professional also assured me that while my timeline for Heating and Air Conditioning servicing was preferred and logical, there wasn’t a time limit on having your Heating and Air Conditioning system maintained as long as it was being done. It was better to have the Heating and Air Conditioning system maintained, even if late, rather than not at all.
