The A/C service

The main reason that rooftop air conditionings are more high-priced to install is that they have to be hauled up to the roof, requiring many certified Heating, Ventilation plus A/C specialists

Our church building is very a converted manufacturing building with a flat roof, originally, only the corporation’s offices were air conditioned, so when my buddy and I obtained the building, one of the first things that needed to be done was install central air conditioning, but a committee researched the options by contacting local Heating, Ventilation plus A/C corporations… There was the conventional type of central air conditioning, in which an exterior component is fastened to a forced air heating system. The heating system would hold an evaporative heat exchanger and fan, while the the outside unit would home the compressor, compressor fan and a second heat exchanger. Comparatively, rooftop cooling systems contain the entire system on the roof. Aside from bypassing the heating system, rooftop cooling systems limit the amount of labor that the unit needs to do, lowering energy cost. Also, since a rooftop cooling system is contained in one unit, any future troubles would be easy to address by an Heating, Ventilation plus A/C specialist, but rooftop cooling systems are popular with commercial buildings, as they are more efficient in cooling pressing spaces. Our sanctuary holds four hundred people, so this factor is pressing. Once the information had been gathered, my buddy and I looked at the cost of installing either of the two systems. The traditional air conditioning option wasn’t as pricey to install, however the long-term costs would add up to be more than the rooftop cooling system. The main reason that rooftop air conditionings are more high-priced to install is that they have to be hauled up to the roof, requiring many certified Heating, Ventilation plus A/C specialists. The additional specialists would be needed for an entire afternoon in order to complete the initial set-up. My friend and I did end up going with option two, and over the years my buddy and I have enjoyed reliable, cooled air during our church services.
