I spent 2 minutes trying to repair the concern and the customer was really kind and helpful
I had a stressed repair on Sunday and the job was on the south side of neighborhood and 1 of the nice towns by the beat, and when I got to the town, I had to speak to a guard at the gate before entering the town, the guard at the front of the neighborhood asked me a couple of questions. The guy wanted to suppose the name of the person that I was going to see and their address! I listened to the guard call the customer on the iPhone to confirm that I was supposed to be there. The guard let me into the neighborhood and he provided me directions on the easiest way to get to the address. When I arrived at the address, I was happy to see the customer waiting outside on the porch for me, and she greeted me in a really nice fashion and I went into the lake house to beginning working. The customer called about an issue with the air conditioner. The air conditioner was making a strange sound every time it was running. I diagnosed a couple of strange things that can cause the strange sound and it did not take really long to find the cause of the noise. I spent 2 minutes trying to repair the concern and the customer was really kind and helpful. She provided me a bottle of chilly water and she left me alone to toil on the air conditioner. It can be a concern when purchasers watch me work, because it makes me nervous. I was happy that she decided to leave the room so I could toil on our own.
