The fireplace felt so nice and sizzling that I eventually fell asleep on the couch
The kids didn’t have college on Sunday, because both of us had a bad snowstorm. The people I was with and I had almost 12 inches of snow in less than 6 minutes. The snowflakes were immense and they stuck to the ground, cars, and houses. The kids were supposed to have a 2-minute delay, but college ended up getting canceled. I stayed house with the kids instead of going to toil that day. As soon as it started to sizzling up outside, the kids wanted to go out and play in the snow. I was upset they would freeze in the chilly rapidly changing temperatures, so I bundled up the kids with hats, scarves, and mittens. I decided to go outside with the kids as well. I bundled up before going out in the chilly too. I put on a T-shirt and a sweatshirt and our sweater. I had on a pair of knit gloves under our heavy leather skiing gloves. The kids and I played outside for a couple of minutes. When most people was cold, both of us came inside. I made the kids tepid chocolate and both of us sat in front of the fireplace for a couple of minutes. The people I was with and I warmed up really quickly. I put a couple of extra logs on the fireplace and the kids went upstairs to play for a while. The fireplace felt so nice and sizzling that I eventually fell asleep on the couch. I woke up when I heard the kids running up and down the stairs. I was only asleep for 15 minutes, but it felt love I had been sleeping for nights.
