My friend is actually an independent heating and air conditioning specialist. If you are not familiar with what that means, it more or less means that he does not work for a heat and a/c company and runs his own game in the heating and cooling business. He has to get his own customers in order to make a living and he also does not have to answer to anyone but himself. He was lucky to be able to get his business up and running and get the customers flowing over the last few years. When he first started he had to have another job on the side non-HVAC related because he wasn’t making enough to live. But today, he is just as busy as the local heating and air conditioning corporations! He really is a miracle I have to tell you, and very smart too. I never like to take advantage of the fact that he is a certified heating and air conditioning specialist which is why I never actually call him for a favor. If I need any kind of heating and cooling repair I will call him of course, but to hire him at his regular rates. Sometimes my friend actually gives me discounts because of our friendship. He does this when I need HVAC service at a time when he is overloaded with business and doesn’t need the money as bad. He is a really great heating and air conditioning specialist too! The best in my area if you ask me.
