When I said I needed to do some Heating, Ventilation, & A/C marketing, I didn't mean shopping.

I have owned our Heating, Ventilation, & A/C company for a little over five years now, & I realized our customer acquisition was dropping off.

  • I wasn’t sure how to go about retaining customers & continuing to grow our numbers.

I talked to our sister & told her I thought I needed to do some Heating, Ventilation, & A/C marketing. She instantaneously called our wifey & told her it was time for a shopping trip. I had to remind her I wasn’t going to the market, nor was I shopping. I wanted to market our Heating, Ventilation, & A/C corporation. She looked a bit disappointed & called our wifey to tell her the shopping trip was on for Wednesday & I was paying for everything. I thanked her & went back into our office. Two hours later, she came in with a list of online companies that specialized in Heating, Ventilation, & A/C company marketing. My sister, the receptionist & phone voice, had already fielded several of the companies & said they had the best marketing program at a sufficient price. She circled the many Heating, Ventilation, & A/C marketing companies that she thought would be best for us. After speaking to an employee at the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C marketing corporation, I had to thank our sister with more than a shopping trip. I was sure I was going to double our customer acquisition in a year, & I was sending her & our wifey on a cruise. I threw hints about where they would enjoy to go, however they were holding out on me. My sister said the two of us needed to make sure the two of us had the acquisition for the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C company before she would let myself and others go to that expense.
