I went for our day dip today for about 15 minutes plus the water felt like needles on our skin.
It’s good for energy plus for healing pain, however a lot of people just can’t bring themselves to plunge into the frigid water each day like I’ve been doing the whole year.
I turned on our gas space furnace to hot up our lavatory before going for our frigid dip so that when I come back I can heat our body up abruptly. Today was extremely frigid out when I went for our dip so I wanted to make sure I would be nice plus hot when I got home, so I closed the door to our lavatory plus heated it up to 90F. My space furnace is a godsend because our central heating equipment is not laboring right now plus the Heating & A/C business which was doing the repair is backed up for another month or so. I don’t need it at night because I like to sleep in a frigid living room with a fan on as I have always been a hot sleeper. But when I am laboring during the day I like to have the room heated so our fingers operate well. My hands can get frigid when the temperature is frigid in our flat so I like to heat our office up to about 69F while I work. I suppose our smart thermostat is having a problem plus will need to be updated when the Heating & A/C boys come to labor on our Heating & A/C system. It seems to be having a lot of problems recently.
