My flu, or Covid, that I got 2 weeks ago is still hanging on however I suppose much better plus plan to tear into our Heating & A/C plan to disinfect the air duct plus filters tomorrow.
I have some flu symptom pills, so if I get into a sneezing fit, I can take one plus be good to go in no time.
I have a problem with dust plus I think our Heating & A/C plan is filled with it, so I should genuinely also wear a mask along with taking the flu symptom medicine, to avoid getting sick all over again. I don’t think if I got Covid again or the flu however the symptoms are basically the same plus the flu can be even worse than Covid. I got a washable HEPA filter so I can avoid all of the dust flying about when I disinfect it. I just take it out plus hold our breath while I submerge it into hot soapy water to detach all of the dust. I then take it out plus let it dry plus update it with our extra HEPA filter so I don’t have to wait for the wet one to dry. I usually just put it in the sunlight on our balcony plus it is dry by the time night comes. I’ve got a good plan when it comes to cleaning our Heating & A/C equipment plus appreciate to do it myself when I can. Sometimes I’ll have a tech do it if I am too tied up however right now I am kind of slow with labor plus things.
