I entirely lucked it out with the apartment I purchased.
I remember when I was asking my mom for advice when it came to buying a house, he told myself and others that his first apartment he purchased was one that needed to be repaired, however some repairs are fine, however there are just some things you want to make sure the apartment already has. The main issue his first apartment had was Heating as well as A/C issues. The apartment was completely messed up and outdated heating and a/c wise. The actual a/c device was messed up and entirely old. So my mom had a heating and a/c professional come out and unconnect the unit. She was just going to have another central a/c put in its site, however that is when he got even more bad news, and that was that the HVAC duct needed to be updated as well. All in all, it would have cost many thoUSAnd dollars to have everything repaired, so my mom opted to just get a ductless a/c instead. The ductless Heating as well as A/C worked entirely well, and that is how he kept his apartment warm and cool. I took his advice seriously, and always made sure to check the Heating as well as A/C system before buying a home. I was lucky with my first apartment though, because my first apartment already came with a brand current luxury a/c. I have my mom partially to thank for that, since he told myself and others to get a apartment with functional Heating as well as A/C, and that is exactly what I did.
