First, I learned the air filter wasn’t cleaning the air. The filter I was using only protected the HVAC equipment. I needed to buy a HEPA filter. Then, I learned how important clean indoor air is to your health. That was also a shock. Clean indoor air is incredibly important to respiratory health and the immune system. I was amazed I could change for the better with a small change to my HVAC equipment. Excitedly, I spent my money on a HEPA filter to attain the kind of air one needs!
