So thankful for our HVAC contractor

When it came to selling our house and moving, I way, way underestimated the energy that would take.

Sometimes, I forget that I’m in my 60’s and can’t just attack any project I want to complete.

Plus, it wasn’t just me in this thing. My wife and I were reluctant to upgrade the HVAC unit and sell the house. But it wasn’t just the residential HVAC that had to be replaced. There were a number of renovations that had to happen and happen in a timely manner. We definitely had our hands full when it came to trying to get the house on the market. That’s why I’m so thankful to the HVAC company we have used for more than three decades. It’s kind of interesting to see how this family HVAC company has continued to provide such wonderful HVAC expertise. I think this is the third or fourth generation running the HVAC company these days. But man, were they ever on top of it when it came to replacing the heating and cooling equipment in our home. There was just so much going on that we really did rely upon the HVAC contractor to take one thing off our plate. Outside of one meeting, the HVAC professionals took care of everything else. The HVAC contractor was also so essential when it came to the sort of HVAC equipment we wanted to put in the house. It was sort of a balancing act really. On the one hand, we wanted good HVAC equipment that would increase the value of our home. At the same time, we didn’t want to fork out too much in a cash outlay for residential HVAC that we wouldn’t be using. Thankfully, our HVAC professionals were on top of their game and came through for us in a big way.
