Do you know the difference between a real estate agent versus a real estate broker? Up until recently, I believed they functioned in the same way; I was sitting at the nail salon waiting for my serviceman to finish up with a client that she had, but and there was a lady sitting next to me who decided to beginning up a conversation with me, then she was asking whether I owned or rented my loft in addition to after being hesitant about sharing any information with this strange lady, she mentioned that she was in real estate.

In fact, depending on weather as well as the square footage of a home, it could take up to 9 or more afternoons to install a concrete tile roof.
