I have created a home gym in the lanai constructed across the back of my house. In most ways, the space is ideal. It has a cement floor, eight-foot high ceilings and a wall entirely built of screens. There is a constant influx of fresh air and plenty of light. I have sufficient square footage to accommodate a variety of equipment. I’ve invested into an incline bench, mini trampoline, battle ropes, yoga mat, free weights and jump rope. Every day, I devote approximately sixty minutes to exercise. I play music and go through a dedicated warm up, at least thirty minutes of high-intensity aerobics, different types of strength training, abdominal crunches and a cool down. My only complaint with my home gym is that there is no way to implement temperature control. The screens make that impossible. For the majority of the year, heating and cooling isn’t necessary. I’m fortunate to live in an area with a relatively mild climate. The influx of a breeze during my workout is appreciated. However, there are a couple of months during the middle of winter and a couple during the middle of summer that are a problem. When the temperature drops into the forties, I bundle up in layers of clothing and struggle to get warmed up. My muscles feel tight and I worry about injury. Running a portable heater doesn’t help much. When the temperature soars into the nineties or even triple digits, with excessive humidity, I stand directly in front of a box fan and sweat profusely. It’s difficult to get motivated.

We would have a lot of memories left behind when we had the pictures developed. When we found the venue for the reception, I wrinkled my nose. It was plain and drab. I knew we needed a lot of decorations to liven the place up, but I wasn’t sure where to put them. The day before the wedding, my sister bridesmaid, mother and I all headed to the venue. The first thing mom did was locate the thermostat so we could take the chill of the venue. When I saw where the thermostat was located, I cringed. The thermostat was ugly and it stuck out like a shore thumb. As soon as you entered the room, it would be the only thing not beautifed. I finally knew where I was going to put the photo booth. I talked to my mom and asked if there would be a problem if the thermostat had something in front of it. She didn’t think it would make a difference. My sister and I put the photo booth together and placed it right in front of the thermostat. The first thing people would see when they walked into the reception hall, would be the photo booth and not the thermostat. All I worried about now, was how many people would avail themselves of the photo booth and what it would cost to have all the pictures developed.

I was hired by realtors to bring furniture and small ideas into vacant houses and give the buyers a taste of what the house could look like if they bought it.
It was easier to sell a house that was furnished and decorated, than if it was empty. I carefully went through every room in the latest house, and looked to see what I could use to make it look like it just came out of a magazine. When I got to the bathroom, I was confused. The master thermostat for the HVAC system was in the bathroom. I thought it was a silly place to put the main thermostat in the bathroom, but I didn’t design the house. All I did was come into the house and stage it for sale. I had to play with the thermostat to make sure it was actually the master thermostat. The furnace and the AC unit both responded to the program I put into the thermostat. I thought it was funny and I laughed the entire time I was doing my job. I couldn’t wait to go home and tell my husband. Before I left the house, I decorated the bathroom, and then I checked to see if there was a thermostat for the bathroom heater. That’s when I realized this was the only room that didn’t have a draft. There were no windows, and it was in an inner space. I wondered what would happen if you were taking a hot shower? Would the thermostat shut down the heat to the entire house? I shook my head and walked. I wondered how many people would actually think about the thermostat’s location before buying the house.

How to perform repair on your tepid water tank
Did you guess that you should be performing repair on your water heater? I really didn’t guess that until a few weeks ago, when our water gas furnace broke down & I had to contact a local plumber to service it, then during the conversation, she asked myself and others what the issue was, & I explained that I have no tepid water in our home, and she then proceeded to ask about the last time I diagnosed our tepid water heater, & I told him never.
She asked if I have ever performed any repair on the heater, to which I answered no… I really didn’t guess that tepid water oil furnaces needed repair.
It’s one of the unit in our lake house that I have constantly left alone, & I have never had an issue with one until now, then well, the plumber was kind enough to explain to myself and others what kind of repair the water gas furnace needs, which includes flushing the water gas furnace at least once per year; This prevents any sediments from building up inside the heater. In addition, she recommended that I check the anode rod & the temperature release valve yearly. To be honest, I didn’t guess what these were, so I had him teach myself and others how to do it… Lastly, the plumber recommended that I keep the temperature on the gas furnace to 120 degrees Fahrenheit, which it was already set on, however anyway, after the plumber fixed the water gas furnace & provided myself and others repair tips, I promised him that I would get our water gas furnace diagnosed at least once per year. After all, getting the device diagnosed will particularly extend the life of the water heater.

My grandson came lake up-to-date home from college plus curled up on the chair next to our ipad, but she wanted to know what I was doing? I told him I was trying to create an Heating & A/C website for our Heating & A/C dealer. She told myself and others that was an ambitious job, but she was sure she could help myself and others do it. My grandson was only twelve, plus I did not know how she was going to what I couldn’t. She told myself and others that the first thing I had to do was get rid of the books. They were outdated plus had nothing to do with what I wanted done. These were websites that were once using when AOL was the only social media forum. She asked myself and others to move, plus I watched as her fingers flew over the keyboard, then within hours, she had the start of an Heating & A/C website. She told myself and others she had l acquired little about SEO or advertising, but she could help with the bare bones of the website. She commanded I take her ideas plus call an online web development dealer. They would have an Heating & A/C specialist who could make the website come alive plus beg for people to ask for more information.

I’m currently in the process of working on Mrs. Swanson’s furnace. She called me about an hour ago saying her furnace was making a ticking noise and she wasn’t getting any heat! Of Course, I’m ecstatic to help her however I’m still reclaiming from a long drive back condo from a 2 week trip I just had with our wife and teenagers, then i did not expect to be on call as an Heating, Ventilation and A/C specialist as soon as I got back condo from trip. I genuinely thought I’d have time to unpack, relax and just watch tv until I went to bed tonight. I’m surprised that our brother, John, who is our twin brother, also Heating, Ventilation and A/C specialist who owns the heating and cooling corporation with me, hasn’t called me yet asking how our trip went, then regardless, I’m here working on Mrs. Swansons furnace and I figured out the issue, and the spark ignitor went exhausting so it was an easy replacement to fix; As I was finishing up putting tools in our truck, the neighbor Charlie came up to me and asked if I knew anything about smart thermostats. I told him that I can answer any questions he may have, then but first, let me tell Mrs. Swanson that I completed her repair. Mrs. Swanson was thankful and wanted to have a small conversation about our trip however I told her both of us will have to have that conversation another time. I have Charlie, your neighbor outside wanting to discuss a smart thermostat. I’m sure he is thinking about getting a single installed. I genuinely don’t want to do any other jobs today.
