Buying your absolutely first smart thermostat is not an easy job when it comes to learning how to use the thing.

I just got done experiencing the newness of a smart thermostat.

I am rather late to the game on this subject because I am just now learning a smart thermostat. I did not have a smart thermostat until last month, everyone else I believe has had smart thermostats in their homes for the past 10 years at least; Learning the smart thermostat is hard at first… But once you get the hang of it, it all starts going smooth, but my help that I had in learning the smart thermostat was the manual that came with it, however the smart thermostat is tricky but absolutely learnable. The other thing that helps with the self learning process is the app that comes on your cell iPhone & laptop that you can program & control the smart thermostat with. I guess this is the best section of it all because not only does it make running your central heating & air conditioner plan device more energy efficient & saves money on monthly monthly bills, but it also is absolutely convenient & you no longer have to handle your thermostat by hand. If it gets too sizzling or too chilly in my house, I can just reach for my cell iPhone to adjust the thermostat rather than having to get up from the couch & go do it by hand. This is absolutely fantastic when I am just sleepy from a long morning & wanting to relax.

When you don’t have a lot of money, you have to figure out repairs on your own.

I am very thankful that YouTube has millions of videos. I can easily search online for practically anything and find a useful video that will describe how to fix something in a step-by-step process. If I watch the video 20 times, then I feel like an expert. I was having problems with the heating and cooling system in my home. I narrowed the problems down to an issue with the thermostat. I was 99% sure that I could replace the thermostat and that would fix the issues with the heating and cooling system. Since I didn’t want to spend a lot of money and I was unsure that the thermostat would fix the issue, I bought the cheapest model at the hardware store. They had a thermostat for my system that was only $39. It didn’t have a digital display or fancy buttons and it wasn’t a smart or programmable machine. It was a basic and regular thermostat. The thermostat included step by step instructions and I also looked up a video online that showed me exactly how to replace the thermostat. The first thing I did was shut off all of the power. Every video that I watched advised us to shut off the power first. A lot of people must have been electrocuted before they realized that they needed to shut off the power. It was good advice. I carefully removed one thermostat and rewired the second. When I turned on the heating and cooling machine, the problem was fixed.

My advertising campaign has been working very well, because I have picked up a couple of new clients in the last couple of months.

I paid an advertising firm to help me out with my website.

I’m not very good at search engine optimization and things like that. I’m very good with heating and air conditioning system repairs and installation jobs. That’s my main specialty and focus. I hired a company to help me with the advertising. One of the first clients that contacted the website was a bakery. I went down to talk to the owner of the bakery about the services that I could offer. At the time, she was already having some trouble with the air conditioner. She was in an older building and she was responsible for all of the air conditioner repairs. I quickly got to work so I could show her just how valuable I could be. I fixed the problem with the air conditioner in about 2 hours and then I sat down with the owner to talk about a plan. She offered to pay me for the repair, but I said I would take home some pastries and cupcakes to my family. I usually offer some services to clients for free so they can see how I work and the air conditioner repair was an easy way to gain her business. She signed a two-year contract with me for all heating and AC repair services. Every time I go in there she fills me up with the most delicious cheesecake and puff pastries that I have ever had.

When I locked eyes with the furnace repairman, I had to find out his name

I know I’m not the only person in the world that doesn’t like to work on Monday. Tuesday and Wednesday are terrible too, but I hate working on Monday after I have had two days off. On Saturday and Sunday I don’t think about work for a single second. I put it behind me and try not to think about anything that has to do with work. I really don’t hang out with my coworkers on the weekends because they remind me of work. I don’t answer the phone if anyone calls me and I don’t attend any of the functions when the boss has a party for Christmas or the 4th of july. One of my coworkers begged me to go to the Christmas party this year. I definitely did not want to go, but I agreed because she really wanted to go but she did not want to go alone. During the Christmas party there was a problem with the furnace. It got hotter and hotter in the building and they had to call a repairman. I told my friend that those problems are the reason why I never go anywhere. When I locked eyes with the furnace repairman, I had to find out his name. I immediately had an attraction to the furnace repairman. I tried to find a reason to get alone with the guy, but I was not successful. I begged my boss to give me the name of the repairman that fixed the furnace and he told me that he wasn’t going to do it unless I offered to work on the weekend for a month.

To say that I am thrifty would be an understatement.

• I really don’t like to spend money on anything.

When my wife gets me to open up my wallet, I am usually very crappy about the purchase. A few weeks ago, we took the kids to the amusement park for two days. We stayed in a hotel and ate in a restaurant for practically every single meal. We spent money on souvenirs, ice cream, and lots of things that we definitely don’t need. When the weekend was over and we were heading back home, my wife and the kids said they had a really great time. I had fun too, but I was thinking about all of the money that we spent. When we got home from the trip, we had to call a repairman to fix the air conditioner in the house. I was even more upset when we got home and found out that the air conditioner was broken. All of the money that we spent that weekend could have been used to fix the air conditioner. Instead, I had to use my credit card to pay for the air conditioner repair. It’s the middle of summer and there’s absolutely no way that we can go without cool air in the house. Everyone would complain and I would probably go insane. It’s going to take months for me to repay all of the money that I had to spend in one single 48 hour period. Between the AC repairs and the two day amusement park vacation, I’m in the poor house.

I entirely enjoyed having our wood burning fireplace this year when every one of us were hosting people for the holidays.

This was the first year that every one of us have ever had a fireplace in the modern home while in the holidays and I entirely enjoyed it… Growing up, I always entirely wanted to have a fireplace and at that point I did not care whether it was a wood burning a single or a gas log a single.

I have just always wanted a fireplace for some reason. I suppose that a lake modern home always feels cozier and safer whenever there’s a fireplace in it. It’s always nice to have a back up heating source while in the Wintertide around here, too. The weather around here gets actually icy and cold while in the Wintertide and the hot and cold temperatures are super cold most of the time, too. I remember last year the temperature was below zero for weeks at a time while in the Wintertide and I just hated it. Unfortunately for myself and others I didn’t have a fireplace at all last Wintertide so the modern home didn’t entirely believe cozy at all. Now, every one of us have a high efficiency oil furnace that does a pretty superb job at keeping the modern home nice and warm, then but every one of us also have our modern wood burning fireplace and it makes the whole modern home believe better inside! Having the fireplace has just been great this past year and almost everyone just likes it. It has made our modern home believe much better than it ever has before. I wish that every one of us would have gotten a fireplace years ago. I’m so glad that every one of us have a single now!
