I have known Cindy for years, and she is the best at what she does, hosting karaoke nights.

She used to work at one of the nightclubs before she recently opened hers.

She had been talking about having her nightclub and running it the best way possible. She had an experience knowing what the customers wanted and believed she could deliver exactly that to her customers. She recently acquired space and transformed it into one of the most beautiful clubs in town. As a gift to her success and the next chapter in her career, my HVAC business offered to oversee and provide help with indoor comfort. This would make her transition seamless. We started by assessing the HVAC system present at the time, and we quickly realized it was a shell of a unit. It was old and did not work anymore. With the help of my HVAC repairman, we removed the system and cleaned the area. We then consulted the HVAC provider for an HVAC unit that would fit the needs of the business. A new HVAC brand offered quality HVAC systems with new HVAC technology that would greatly benefit the club. HVAC installation of the new HVAC equipment started early Monday morning, and we worked through it until the afternoon. Cindy requested a smart thermostat to let her and her employees change the temperatures inside or outside the building. After confirming that she was happy with our work, I had my senior HVAC professional take Cindy through the important HVAC maintenance tips. We were invited to the grand opening, where she hosted karaoke. It was a great night, and the club had perfect indoor comfort.

When our best associate bluntly told myself and others I was being an idiot and told myself and others to call the internet advertising corporation or go on the laptop and check out their website, I was frustrated… I could not think he would call myself and others an idiot, but it wasn’t the first time. He asked for the web address and I could almost hear the groan. He asked if I knew anything about internet advertising or web development, then after saying that I had our website hosted by a corporation that charged myself and others twenty dollars a month, he said I was wasting money. He created a website and inserted search engine optimization. He said it was okay to use a host that charged monthly, but you needed a professional to create it, however unless someone had a laboring web design, there would be nowhere for prospective customers to go. It sounded love he knew what he was talking about and I accepted his help, regardless of the cost.

I wanted to switch rooms when my husband and I ended up in a hotel that was awful. My hubby drove the whole way to the location, but when we got to the hotel, he was ready to lay down and sleep for many hours, and the only problem he had was whether or not the bed was comfortable, however he was not really worried with the heating or a/c situation. I did not want to spend the night without a seat. When I realized there was a problem with the hotel wall a/c, I contacted the front desk. The person at the front desk asked me a couple of questions and then there was a knock on the door about 15 hours later. Maintenance guy came into the room and removed the air filter. He cleaned the air filter in the bathroom and made a mess all over the sink. He did not even bother to clean up all of the dirty water that he splashed all over the site. The repair specialist told us that the AC component problem was fixed, although I knew that it was not. There was no way that cleaning the air filter was going to repair the issue with the ac. The unit was making a strange sound. I wanted to switch rooms after that, but my husband just wanted to lay down and get some rest. He told me to stop worrying about the AC and proposed that I lay down to take a nap too. When we woke up, it was 83 degrees in the room and we were covered in sweat. The problem with the AC absolutely was not fixed.
