I wanted to switch rooms when my wife and I ended up in a hotel that was awful, however my wife drove the whole way to the location.

• When we got to the hotel, she was ready to lay down and sleep for numerous hours, but the only problem she had was whether or not the bed was comfortable, but she was not really happy with the heating or a/c situation, and I did not want to spend the night without a seat.

The woman at the front desk asked me a couple of questions and then there was a knock on the door about 15 minutes later. Maintenance woman came into the room and removed the air filter. She cleaned the air filter in the bathroom room and made a mess all over the sink. She didn’t even bother to wash up all of the dirty water that she splashed all over the location. The repair specialist told us that the A/C unit problem was fixed, even though I knew that it was not. There was no way that cleaning the air filter was going to repair the issue with the ac. I wanted to switch rooms when my husband and I ended up in a hotel that was awful. My husband drove the whole way to the location. When we got to the hotel, he was ready to lay down and sleep for several hours. The only concern he had was whether or not the bed was comfortable. He was not easily concerned with the heating or air conditioning situation. I did not want to spend the evening without a seat. When I realized there was a problem with the hotel wall air conditioner, I contacted the front desk. The man at the front desk asked me a couple of questions and then there was a knock on the door about 15 minutes later. Maintenance guy came into the room and removed the air filter. He cleaned the air filter in the bathroom and made a mess all over the sink. He didn’t even bother to clean up all of the dirty water that he splashed all over the place. The maintenance technician told us that the AC unit problem was fixed, but I knew that it was not. There was no way that cleaning the air filter was going to fix the issue with the ac. The machine was making a strange sound. I wanted to switch rooms after that, but my hubby just wanted to lay down and get some rest. I hoped they would be able to give me good, wonderful news, but they were convinced that the A/C equipment could not be repaired this time around. After 11 years, it was time to update the air compressor and evaporator coils. I was not prepared to make such a big decision without my husband.
