The most recent instance of this is when I had to have our central heating and A/C tune up and check up done. She estimated myself and others a price however then once she began doing the tune up and check up on our central heating and A/C she found that there was an issue that needed to be addressed immediately in order to avoid a extreme heating and A/C emergency! Usually, other heating and A/C workers would charge for the extra work; My independent heat and A/C worker said she would not charge myself and others because she already estimated myself and others a price which was her error in the first place. So she took full responsibility in quoting myself and others a price instead of telling myself and others that the price was a rough estimate as long as no additional toil had to be done as a result of finding an issue within the heating and A/C tune up and check up! She did not have to do that legally at all. But she did it out of kindness of her own being and wanted to be undoubtedly honest to the customer. You just do not see that kind of thing much anymore these days. She is for sure 1 of a kind and I will continue to hire him for all of our heating and A/C needs moving forward instead of going elsewhere for anything, which I used to do occasionally while shopping for best prices.

All of us just built a family room addition onto our beach house as section of a beach house renovation project myself and others and wife did, however everything is pretty much done except getting heating and A/C into the family room that every one of us had built onto the house.

All of us had thought about getting a ductless mini split A/C and then having it converted into a full on ductless heating and cooling unit.

However, that would prove to be more expensive than just having additional HVAC duct laid and created. So that was what every one of us decided to do. It was pretty easy surprisingly. All I had to do was call the local heating and A/C company to order the work. Then it was a matter of scheduling a few days in advance to have them send out a crew of certified heating and cooling specialists to come and both build the add on needed and then kneel the additional HVAC duct. That way every one of us would not have to invest in any additional heating and A/C equipment. All of us could just have our regular central heating and A/C toil for the new family room as well. All of us had the HVAC duct built and laid within 2 weeks of making the decision and making the PC call to the local heating and A/C corporation. I was pretty ecstatic with the overall results, then our family room now has the same great and most powerful heating and A/C as every one of us do throughout the rest of our home. It helps that every one of us recently purchased a brand new and up-to-date central heating and A/C unit.

I have been toiling as an independent heating and A/C specialist for over 20 years. In that time I have only taken 1 single break! I undoubtedly guess that the time has come where I need a undoubtedly long split from repairing and installing central heating and A/Cs! I think I am going to close shop for a week and take an extended getaway anywhere with our wife. With only having done something like this once about 10 years ago, I think I am due for another, however longer. I can afford to not toil for a week or maybe more. I am just so burned out on this. If you work all the time, it’s tough to keep up with the household stuff that the people I was with and I are all responsible for.

Now, if you’re in a marriage and own a nice loft with quality heating and air, you prefer for it to look nice and all of that.

For sure, the Heating and Air Conditioning professional is the only person I’ll call for Heating and Air Conditioning help going forward.
