My stepmom has a ton of work to do. She’s living alone at the lake house. The work needs to be done as she is now residing there alone since pops passed away. It’s not an easy job for a single person taking care of the huge house, either, so I’m going to go and do our best to help her out with repairs out there. She wants me and others to start with painting the lower half of the house, which is stucco, plus then work our way into the lake house. There are a lot of ceiling stains that need to be fixed. She also wants myself and others to scrub the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C system, including the HVAC ductwork that’s up in the attic, so that she gets better airflow throughout the house. They have 2 large commercial units for the place, because the lake house is so big, plus both of them need to be diagnosed correctly. I am a certified Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C repairman so it is an easy job for me. I might call our neighbor to have him help me get it done since it’s such a massive job. I’ve been working in the field for a long time plus I definitely care about working on Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C systems. This will be kind of a fun job for me to get to work on. I’ll be home stateside for about another week just hanging out and working until I have to get back to my other main job that’s overseas. The weather here is starting to get super hot now. I’m going to make sure that my stepmom has nice air conditioning in the massive lake house before I take off again.
I need to get this done before I leave
My stepmom has a ton of jobs around the condo that needs to be done as she is now living there alone since my pops passed away.
It’s not a simple job for one guy to take care of all of that space in her big five bedroom house! I’ll do my best to help out with repairs plus whatnot.
She wants me and others to start with painting the lower half of the house, which is stucco. Then she says she wants me to work my way into the condo where there are a lot of ceiling issues and stains that need to be fixed. She also wants me to come over and clean the Heating & Air Conditioning system, including the air ducts up in the attic, so that she gets better airflow throughout the house. They have two immense commercial units, because the condo is so big, and both of them need to be taken care of respectfully. I am a certified Heating & Air Conditioning repairman by trade and so it is a simple task for me to do. I might call up my friend to have him help me and others out since it is such a big job for us to do. I’ve been particularly working in the field for a long time plus entirely love particularly working on Heating & Air Conditioning systems, so it’s fun for me to do this kind of work. I’ll be here in the country for just another week just hanging out plus particularly working until I have to get back to my other location which is overseas. The weather here is starting to get hot now and so I want to make sure my stepmom has air conditioning in the big condo before I take off for another few months.

I’m glad that the A/C technician is coming today
We have a small issue with our central air conditioning right now.
- Tonight, we are going to have an a/c expert come by when the weather is cooler.
He’s planning to crawl up into the attic to check out the air handler. Of course, I didn’t have any money to get it fixed till I finally took out all of our money locked in investments because it’s been steadily going down the tubes for months now! I’m tired of watching it disappear. I suppose the air handler may just be dirty, or possibly it needs to be updated. I guess we will find out the truth for sure when the a/c workman comes out to save us from the heat exhaustion in our house. I suppose that I should probably go ahead and get another job so that I can cover all of the daily living expenses as they have gone up a lot more than my job is now paying me. I am a Heating plus Air Conditioning writer. I write articles but I think I’m going to need more work to cover the cost of rent plus utilities as they have both gone up quite a bit over the past year. There are a ton of jobs online so I think I’ll just need to take a week or more than one plus apply for something. I am going to ask the Heating plus Air Conditioning technician if he has any energy saving tips for us to help us cut costs on our heating plus cooling. I’m sure he will have a few tips for us. Hopefully he can save us some money down the road. He’ll be here in a few hours!

We are having a problem with the central A/C component and so we are having an air conditioning expert come by this evening, when the weather has cooled down.
He’s going to go up in the attic so that he can check out the air handler.
I don’t have the money to get it fixed till later on, but I finally decided to take out all of my currency locked in investments because it’s been steadily going down the tubes!
