He finally bought an electric heat pump to help with indoor comfort. Alvin went on the internet to find out whether the modern cooling unit could help in growing his indoor plants. Alvin was impressed by the after-sale repair of the cooling corporation. The Heating and A/C company took him through the importance of quality AC service. If Alvin followed the instructions formulated by the local repair provider on how to operate and maintain the optimal function of the system, then his plants would grow beautifully. It has been a year since Alvin moved into his modern home. He has 7 plants now. They are all flourishing and improving the quality of indoor comfort. I was impressed by the after-sale service of the cooling corporation, the HVAC contractor took me through the importance of quality AC service. If I followed the guidelines formulated by the local service provider on how to operate and maintain the optimal function of the system, then my plants would grow beautifully. It has been a year since I moved into my apartment and I have seven plants now. They are all flourishing and improving the quality of indoor comfort. The interesting thing is that my plants and I do not fight for control over the HVAC system like my siblings and me.

I really am impressed with my local heating and air conditioning company and the perks that they give to sign up for their yearly HVAC service plan. They give away free gifts! And I am not talking just some 10 cent dollar store stuff. They actually this year were giving away free smart thermostats to anyone who signed up for their HVAC service plan. The HVAC service plan is two hundred dollars a year flat and it covers and protects any heat and a/c repair you need done, it gives you 4 HVAC tune ups and check ups per year and it also protects your central heating and air conditioning system from any natural disasters. So for instance if a tornado or hurricane came charging through and wrecked your central heat and a/c unit, the HVAC service plan would cover the replacement for free! A several thousand dollar value for only two hundred dollars! That of course does not include the HVAC installation. They have to make some kind of money on the sale and installation of a brand new and up to date central heat and a/c unit right? But it is very fair. And that free smart thermostat this year they are offering is even better! I never had a smart thermostat and signed up for the HVAC service plan. And now I have one. Let me tell you I didn’t know what I was missing. The smart thermostat has made running my central heat and a/c system so much easier and it has also been a great energy saver saving me tons on my monthly electric bills.

I can not tell you how much I really love the work that the independent heating and air conditioning contractor I use does! They really know how to repair central heat and a/c units.

They also know how to do good business and give great deals on HVAC home services.

Every time I get a heating and air conditioning system tune up and check up, my independent heat and a/c specialist will give me half off for every other HVAC tune up. Now that is a real deal! You won’t get that with some multi million dollar heating and air conditioning corporation ever. It is the independent heating and cooling experts that really keep the heat and a/c business going in my opinion. These HVAC corporations seem to be getting more and more money hungry every single year to the point that most average working people can not even afford to call their local heating and air conditioning company anymore when their central heat and a/c unit breaks down! Everyone in my area is starting to resort to looking up independent heating and air conditioning specialists. Maybe this will wake up the heating and cooling corporations to lower their prices. It is going to eventually come down to where if they do not lower their prices, they are going to have no more customers and be forced to go out of business. Will they learn before it comes to this? Who knows! But I am just happy with the independent heating and cooling worker I have!

I will never forget this really awesome bakery we had when I was growing up in the city.

It was family owned and they really had the best stuff in there! One could gain a million pounds and go broke if they were not careful.

It was that addicting and yummy! The other thing I will never forget about that bakery is that they had the best air quality in there. I do not know how they did it with all the baking and ovens going on every hour. But they did. It was decades ago so I know for sure they did not have a whole home air purification system. The air quality was so good though that you would think that they had a whole home air purification system. Also naturally it smelled really great in there with the cakes, pies, cookies and more that they would be baking for sale. There has never been another bakery like that I have ever come across in my older years. Things just are not what they used to be, I can tell you that. The family owned bakery went out of business somewhere in the mid 1990’s after being around for almost 40 years at that point. It was a real bummer to hear that when it happened. But I will always remember that great air quality that they had in there and the great baking goods for sale. When I run my own whole home air purification system today with the central air conditioning, I sometimes get a brief flashback to the bakery.

It is now the Spring and I have to tell you that I absolutely love the air quality this time of year! It is the time where it feels so great that you do not need any kind of air purifier because there is no bad air quality. In the Summer and Winters however the air quality can get pretty bad. This is why I have a whole home air purification system to handle those times. I bought my whole home air purification system as part of my brand new and very expensive central heating and air conditioning system when I moved into this house that I bought. I really went all out on the heating and cooling system. The air purifier cost me an extra several thousand dollars that I am paying off on a monthly payment plan for the next several years. But when the Spring hits I can give my whole home air purification system a rest, which is good. Because if I run the whole home air purification system and the central heating and air conditioning unit at the same time it really jacks up my energy bills! I’m already trying to pay off the whole home air purification system, I do not need super pricey electric bills on top of it all! That is why I love Spring so much. Great air quality and less use of the whole home air purification system. It all pans out great. I would not want to have it any other way and am very happy with it all at the end of the day.
