They say you should have your central heating and air conditioning system tuned up and checked up every single season.

Well, I do not believe in that! Especially when you have a brand new and very up to date central heating and cooling unit like I do.

Getting the HVAC tune up once a year is good enough for me because of this fact. It is not like the central heat and a/c unit was defective or anything like that. If it had been I would have returned it and not just kept having HVAC tune ups and check ups! My brother on the other hand needs to have his central heating and air conditioning system tuned up and checked up every season because it is almost 10 years old. At that point in the lifespan of a central heating and air conditioning system you do need your HVAC tune up and check up seasonal. It is the only way to guarantee that your HVAC system will be working fine through the extreme weather that will be ahead. I used to get my central heat and a/c unit tuned up and checked up every season before I got this brand new and up to date central heating and cooling unit. But because it is brand new and up to date I do not need to do it anymore. Once a year will continue to be fine for me until my central heating and cooling unit gets to around 4 years old. Then I will go back to HVAC tune ups and check ups seasonal.

The last time I went to the eye doctor I found out that my eyes were irritated pretty bad.

This was due to the bad air quality and allergy reaction I have to it.

My home isn’t the best air quality, and I did not know what to do about it. But after seeing the eye doctor I was told that I could fight the bad air quality and improve my eyes. The answer to this was quite pricey, but it was the best solution. And that was to get a whole home air purification system. I was able to find this local heating and air conditioning supplier who allowed anyone to shop in there.

They sell all kinds of heating and cooling equipment and anything related in bulk. Air filters being one of the things. And HEPA brand at that! By buying air filters of the HEPA brand in bulk you save money compared to going to the store to buy HEPA air filters in the regular packs that they come in. Sure you pay a lot of money to buy about two hundred HEPA air filters. But in the end it pans out and you save around one hundred dollars compared to going to the store every month or so to keep buying the commercial packs of HEPA air filters for your central heating and air conditioning system unit. I really enjoy my job and my career.

And I worked so hard to get to where I am at today.

You see I am an independent heating and air conditioning specialist. I started out fresh out of HVAC school working for some local heat and a/c company. Then after a few years of that I took a chance on becoming an independent heating and air conditioning contractor. This was a risky step to make but I took it. And after about 6 months of really struggling and nearly going back to working for a heating and air conditioning corporation, I finally got my client base going and was successful enough to be able to make a living at it. Today I am doing really great and I love my job and career. Being your own boss has many benefits. Not only can you set your own rates, but you can also do your own thing and never have to answer to anyone. If you feel sick you can take the day off. If you do not wish to work weekends, you do not have to. You are in total control of your business and the money that you make for the most part. It is no easy task to get to this point, but once you are there you will feel great about being in the world of heating and cooling and be proud of being your own boss as an independent heating and air conditioning contractor. This was the life I chose and I am super happy about all of it with no regrets!

We just had a brand new heating and air conditioning company come into our area. They came just at the right time as the old heat and a/c company we had for years just recently closed their doors after 40 years. They went out of business. At first with this new heating and air conditioning company all of us in the area were a little nervous to use them. But when they offered a free heating and air conditioning system tune up and check up to try them out, everyone including myself jumped on the chance to see what they were all about and how good they are. And let me tell you that they are just super! I was very impressed at their attention to detail and how they made sure everything with my central heating and air conditioning system was tip top and spot on! The old heating and air conditioning company did not even go as far as these people do in ensuring your HVAC unit is fully working and ready to handle any extreme hot or cold weather. I will for sure be making this new HVAC company my go to for all my heating and air conditioning needs in the future. Their prices are really great as well. Very competitive to even the most cheap independent heat and a/c contractors in the area. If they are as good as they were with the free heat and a/c tune up and check up, these guys are going to put all the independent heating and air conditioning contractors out of business!

I went to the local contractor today to ask them about the newest HVAC equipment on the market and they showed me some amazing things. I didn’t know half of this stuff even existed but I am pretty happy that it does because I never would have thought of it myself. I am very old school when it comes to technology and have been living in an old apartment with an old air conditioner and heater. I never knew they had invented a smart thermostat or a HEPA filter. I just recently bought my first pair of wireless earbuds, so that shows you how old I am. But I try to keep up with it the best I can by just talking to people or Googling things online. I now have HEPA filters in all of my things at home that need them and I notice a big difference with the air quality and amount of dust in the house now compared to before the filters. It helps a lot with my sinuses because I used to always have a stuffy nose until I found out I was allergic to dust. Now I run the HEPA filter vacuum cleaner every single day and it makes a huge difference with my health. It was worth the $125 I paid for it a year ago. I like how quiet it is compared to my old vacuum cleaner. I’m having my HVAC equipment cleaned this week because summer is coming soon and I’ll be needing to run the air conditioner again. Here comes summer!
