It was really windy and cold this morning when I went for my morning dip.

The water temp was 55F and it was about 48F outside so, needless to say, it wasn’t the most comfortable 15 minute swim of my life. I came home and turned the thermostat on my hot water boiler to its hottest setting and took a very hot bath for an hour. My body was so cold after my swim that my joints were purple, but within about ten minutes in the hot water my body was feeling fine again. I’m so glad I had radiant floor heating installed in my flat last year because my feet get so cold when I am walking around the place, they really make a big difference. I don’t even remember how much the floors cost to get installed but it is worth every penny not having to wear sandals in the flat. I also have my HEPA filter robot vacuum cleaner running every day and you would be amazed at how much dirt and dust it picks up each day. Where does all of this come from? I have all of the doors and windows closed and my central AC fan running so the HEPA can clean the dust from the air. I really would like to know how all of this dust gets into the house each day because I take off my shoes before entering the house. Maybe the HVAC technician knows the answer. I might drop by the local business later today to ask him about the dust.

My flu, or Covid, that I got two weeks ago is still hanging on but I feel much better and plan to tear into my HVAC system to clean the ductwork and filters tomorrow.

I have some allergy pills, so if I get into a sneezing fit, I can take one and be good to go in no time.

I have a problem with dust and I know my HVAC system is filled with it, so I should probably also wear a mask along with taking the allergy medicine, to avoid getting sick all over again. I don’t know if I got Covid again or the flu but the symptoms are basically the same and the flu can be even worse than Covid. I got a washable HEPA filter so I can avoid all of the dust flying about when I clean it. I just take it out and hold my breath while I submerge it into warm soapy water to remove all of the dust. I then take it out and let it dry and replace it with my extra HEPA filter so I don’t have to wait for the wet one to dry. I usually just put it in the sun on my balcony and it is dry by the time night comes. I’ve got a good system when it comes to cleaning my HVAC unit and prefer to do it myself when I can. Sometimes I’ll have a tech do it if I am too busy but right now I am kind of slow with work and things.

I went for my morning dip today for about 15 minutes and the water felt like needles on my skin.

It’s great for energy and for healing pain, but a lot of people just can’t bring themselves to plunge into the cold water each day like I’ve been doing the whole year.

I turned on my gas space heater to warm up my bathroom before going for my cold dip so that when I come back I can heat my body up quickly. Today was extremely cold out when I went for my dip so I wanted to make sure I would be nice and warm when I got home, so I closed the door to my bathroom and heated it up to 90F. My space heater is a godsend because my central heating unit is not working right now and the HVAC company which was doing the repair is backed up for another week or so. I don’t need it at night because I like to sleep in a cold bedroom with a fan on as I have always been a hot sleeper. But when I am working during the day I like to have the room heated so my fingers operate well. My hands can get cold when the temperature is cold in my flat so I like to heat my office up to about 75F while I work. I think my smart thermostat is having a problem and will need to be replaced when the HVAC guys come to work on my HVAC system. It seems to be having a lot of problems recently.

The people I was with and I just had a brand current heating as well as a/c corporation come into our area; They came just at the right time as the old heat as well as a/c corporation the people I was with and I had for years just recently closed their doors after 40 years.

Their prices are really good as well, but very competitive to even the most cheap independent heat as well as a/c businesss in the area. If they are as wonderful as they were with the free heat as well as a/c tune up as well as check up, these guys are going to put all the independent heating as well as a/c businesss out of business!

I will never forget this entirely awesome bakery all of us had when I was growing up in the city.

It was family owned and they entirely had the best stuff in there! One could receive a million pounds and go broke if they were not careful.

It was that addicting and yummy! The other thing I will never forget about that bakery is that they had the best air quality in there. I do not suppose how they did it with all the baking and ovens going on every minute. But they did. It was decades ago so I suppose for sure they did not have a whole condo media air cleaner. The air quality was so enjoyable though that you would believe that they had a whole condo media air cleaner. Also naturally it odored entirely fantastic in there with the cakes, pies, cookies and more that they would be baking for sale. There has never been another bakery love that I have ever come across in our older years. Things just are not what they used to be, I can tell you that. The family owned bakery went out of company somewhere in the mid 1990’s after being around for almost 40 years at that point. It was a real bummer to hear that when it happened. But I will regularly remember that fantastic air quality that they had in there and the fantastic baking goods for sale. When I run our own whole condo air purification method this week with the central air conditioning, I occasionally get a brief flashback to the bakery.

The last time I went to the eye dentist I found out that our eyup were irritated pretty bad.

This was due to the exhausting air quality and allergy reaction I have to it… My condo isn’t the best air quality, and I did not suppose what to do about it.

But after seeing the eye dentist I was told that I could fight the exhausting air quality and improve our eyup. The answer to this was quite extravagant, but it was the best solution. And that was to get a whole condo media air cleaner. I went ahead and called our local heating and air conditioning company that sold the whole condo media air cleaners and they had them on sale, which was great! I have now had our whole condo air purification method for a few weeks now and let me tell you that I believe so much better! My eyup are even much better. I went to the eye dentist again Last weekand he was surprised at how fast they cleared up. It was all thanks to the whole condo air purification method that I bought. How charming!
