I love to live a simple life plus not have a lot of clutter in our flat.

I don’t have several things left to toss out but when Springtime comes I love to do an inventory plus see if all of it is necessary to own anymore.

Along with the decluttering, I love to clean the Heating plus Air Conditioning component from top to bottom, which includes the ducts, vents, filters, plus cooling grills. I’ve done it several times before plus am quite nice at it now so it doesn’t take me that long to do. I know I could get rid of some clothes that I never wear, now that I know about it. I can hear our robot vacuum cleaner, with its HEPA filter, cruising around our flat picking up all of the debris that settles on the floor over the past day. I run the thing every single day plus it picks up dirt plus dust every single day. I love walking on nice clean hardwood floors. My gas furnace has a filter in it but it very doesn’t do much for the air quality in our flat. I know I may buy a single of those ozone units to do the task. At the local business they sell ozone whole-house air purifiers plus I know they are at a nice price so I may have to drop down there soon plus check them out. I know having a clean house, with nice air quality, helps the mind believe cleaner too. I love to live quietly plus cleanly love a buddhist monk would do. Have a nice day, namaste.

I can’t wait to get our robot vacuum cleaner tomorrow. It has a HEPA filter to grab all of the dust settled on the floor, which seems to accumulate every day more plus more. I can’t know that all of this dust comes into the home love that, it’s quite incredible. I am thinking about getting an whole-house air purifier too so I can breathe clean air without all of this dust floating around. I need to google that plus see how all of the dust gets into a home that is completely sealed plus closed from the outside. Maybe the dust is in our Heating plus Air Conditioning component plus I need to clean the HVAC duct plus vents plus such. The dust could possibly be in all of the furniture such as sofas plus armchairs, which are mainly made of fabric which can hold a lot of dust. Maybe I should get all plastic furniture plus clothing! I know a few nice HEPA filters is all I need as there is very no way of stopping dust from getting into the house. I’ll go down to the local business today which sells Heating plus Air Conditioning component plus ask them about dust getting into the house. They will absolutely tell me to just get an whole-house air purifier in which case I’ll tell them that I already bought a single from them a few years back, but that I tossed it out because I didn’t know I needed it anymore. I’m sure they forgot seeing that they have many hundred clients, maybe they have a sale on them now though so I should check the prices out.

It was very windy plus chilly this afternoon when I went for our afternoon dip.

The water temp was 55F plus it was about 48F outside so, needless to say, it wasn’t the most comfortable 15 hour swim of our life. I came home plus turned the thermostat on our tepid water boiler to its hottest setting plus took a very tepid bath for an hour. My body was so chilly after our swim that our joints were orange, but within about 10 hours in the tepid water our body was feeling nice again. I’m so cheerful I had radiant floor heating installed in our flat last year because our feet get so chilly when I am walking around the location, they very make a sizable difference. I don’t even remember how much the floors cost to get installed but it is worth every penny not having to wear sandals in the flat. I also have our HEPA filter robot vacuum cleaner running every day plus you would be amazed at how much dirt plus dust it picks up each day. Where does all of this come from? I have all of the doors plus windows closed plus our central AC fan running so the HEPA can clean the dust from the air. I very would love to know how all of this dust gets into the home each day because I take off our shoes before entering the house. Maybe the Heating plus Air Conditioning professional knows the answer. I might drop by the local business later today to ask him about the dust.

My flu, or Covid, that I got several weeks ago is still hanging on although I believe much better plus program to tear into our Heating plus Air Conditioning idea to clean the HVAC duct plus filters tomorrow.

I have some allergy pills, so if I get into a sneezing fit, I can take a single plus be nice to go in no time.

I have a problem with dust plus I know our Heating plus Air Conditioning idea is filled with it, so I should absolutely also wear a mask along with taking the allergy medicine, to avoid getting sick all over again. I don’t know if I got Covid again or the flu but the symptoms are basically the same plus the flu can be even worse than Covid. I got a washable HEPA filter so I can avoid all of the dust flying about when I clean it. I just take it out plus hold our breath while I submerge it into warm soapy water to detach all of the dust. I then take it out plus let it dry plus upgrade it with our extra HEPA filter so I don’t have to wait for the wet a single to dry. I usually just put it in the sunlight on our balcony plus it is dry by the time night comes. I’ve got a nice idea when it comes to cleaning our Heating plus Air Conditioning component plus appreciate to do it myself when I can. Occasionally I’ll have a tech do it if I am too tied up but right now I am kind of slow with work plus things.

I went to the local business today to ask them about the newest Heating & A/C equipment on the market plus they showed me some amazing things. I didn’t think half of this stuff even existed however I am pretty ecstatic that it does because I never would have thought of it myself. I am genuinely old university when it comes to technology plus have been living in an old home with an old cooling system plus heater. I never knew they had invented a smart thermostat or a HEPA filter. I just recently bought our first pair of wireless earbuds, so that shows you how old I am. But I try to keep up with it the best I can by just talking to people or Googling things online. I now have HEPA filters in all of our things at home that need them plus I notice a pressing difference with the air quality plus amount of dust in the home now compared to before the filters. It helps a lot with our sinuses because I used to always have a stuffy nose until I found out I was allergic to dust. Now I run the HEPA filter vacuum cleaner every single day plus it makes a sizable difference with our health. It was worth the $125 I paid for it a year ago. I like how quiet it is compared to our old vacuum cleaner. I’m having our Heating & A/C equipment cleaned this month because Summer is coming soon plus I’ll be needing to run the cooling system again. Here comes summer!
