Isn’t one of the most annoying things about life when you start on something but you never get a chance to finish it, or if you start something but because you don’t finish it you’re back to square one now and have to start all over? I know these questions are annoying to a lot of people.

Unfortunately for me, this applies to math too and math is my worst subject in school.

Well for me I started something and I did get to finish it but my plan definitely didn’t go as I wanted them to, it was me and a couple of friends that decided to go out in the middle of nowhere and see if we can find any paranormal activity in the woods. We got all kinds of good evidence and then we were heading on our way back, well during the trip back somehow we got turned around and we’re completely lost. As much as I would love to say that we were big brave tough guys that we’re not scared of anything, realistically we were nervous about it being so dark and I have any kind of lighting. Being lost made it even worse and I found myself going in circles, eventually though I did find my way back and when I did get back the first thing I did was relaxing under my air conditioning system. There is nothing like having sweet cool air. If you’ve ever had a heating and air conditioning system like the one I have I’d highly recommend them, they’re really great little units.

There’s nothing worse than getting lost.

Unfortunately for me I tend to get lost a lot, ever since I was a little kid I’ve always been a bit of an adventurer, so that has led me to go and explore many places that I probably shouldn’t have been exploring.

Unfortunately, I’m still in this bad habit as an adult because I’ll visit cities and explore alleyways in the middle of the night. There’s just something about the tightness of the space in the calmness of the dark that I find to be oddly comforting. I know a lot of people would find this strange because alleyways are generally places that can be dangerous or uncomfortable, but I personally love them. Today was like any other day and I decided to go and explore a new city. As much as I left my hometown I needed a break from it all and I saw this was the perfect opportunity to take the break I needed. The only problem was when I headed out there I got lost. I was driving around in a circle for probably at least an hour. And I know that every time I ended up back in the same spot because I passed the same heating and AC business three times. Eventually in time sorry to just go inside this heating and AC business and ask them for directions. Lucky for me, the folks inside this company were super friendly and they easily pointed me in the right direction. I followed with her where they said to go and sure enough I was no longer lost and I started to recognize the area that I was back in.

Normally when I have a heating and AC guy over at the house I stay there until he leaves. I am a pretty private person so I don’t like people being inside my house unless I’m home. However today was a little bit of a different day and I really had a very important errand to run. I had completely forgotten something that I needed to get and so I was going to head back out to go and get it. However, heading back out to go and get those items meant that I was going to have to leave the heating and air conditioning guy that was currently at my house working on my AC unit alone. Well this is something that I normally like doing, that’s something I was willing to do if it meant that I could get what I needed. So I told the heating and air conditioning guy I would be back in a little while and then I left. When I returned with the items that I had gone to retrieve, I saw that the heating and AC were no longer in my house and there was still a letter on the table. The letter said that he would be coming back to my house but he had to leave to get some parts for the air conditioner. I’m glad he left me a note otherwise I’d be concerned that he was no longer in my house.

I was supposed to get paid for 86 hours and I ended up getting paid for 68 hours and my check did not arrive until Monday instead of friday

A new payroll company started handling all of the finances for the HVAC business. The payroll company issues checks to all of the employees that work for the heating and AC repair and installation business. During the last couple of weeks, we have had a multitude of problems with the payroll company. One of the first issues happened right away. The payroll company failed to issue any checks at all. Apparently there was a mix-up and the payroll company thought we were going to be getting paid on Fridays, but the day that we are supposed to be paid is actually thursdays. When the employees did not get paid on Thursday, a lot of people raised hell. We wanted to know where our money was and the owner of the HVAC business did not have an answer. He contacted the payroll company and we found out that there was an issue with the payday. Everyone was paid on Friday and now we get paid Fridays instead of thursdays. There were no issues for a while, but this week we had errors again and my check was affected. I was supposed to get paid for 86 hours and I ended up getting paid for 68 hours and my check did not arrive until Monday instead of friday. My boss gave me a loan so I could get through the weekend after I went into his office and yelled for a half an hour. If my boss and the owner of the HVAC business don’t figure this out soon, I’m probably going to find a different job. Getting paid on time is absolutely important.

The furnace never really got going and the house is getting colder and colder

Problems with the air conditioning system can occur at any time of the day or night. It’s important to have a reliable and trustworthy emergency repair company that you can call when you need someone the most. For the past 3 years, my family and I have been using the local heating and AC repair man. The small business has been a feature in this community for more than 30 years. Recently the order sent took over and the older man retired. I still see the guy from time to time. He didn’t pack up and move south. He even helps out with repairs from time to time. I met his son a couple of times when he was much younger, but I have not met the man since he took over for his father. I had the opportunity to meet a brand new repair technician on Saturday and it wasn’t under the best circumstances. There was a problem occurring with the furnace. The furnace came on and started running and then it immediately shut off. 5 minutes later and tried to come on again. The furnace never really got going and the house is getting colder and colder. I called the emergency service line and the dispatch officer told me that someone would be there within 1 hour. It was very late at night, so I was pleased with a one hour window. It actually took only 30 minutes for the repair technician to arrive and even less time than that to diagnose and fix the problem.
