I was really hoping that the window air conditioner would die in a few years, but it took nearly ten years before we actually had to buy a window air conditioner

I really love my new window air conditioner. I am so glad that I was finally able to purchase a new window air conditioner for my bedroom. I have been wanting to buy a new window air conditioner for a long time, but I wasn’t sure when I was going to be able to. When I bought the last window air conditioner for my room, I didn’t have a lot of money to spend. I knew that I needed a new window air conditioner for my room, but I had to buy a cheap one. The window air conditioner that I decided to buy was the cheapest window air conditioner that you can buy. It was big enough for our house and it worked well for what we needed, but it certainly wasn’t a good window air conditioner. I immediately regretted purchasing the cheapest window air conditioner. It was loud, it rattled, and it didn’t have many features. When I had more money due to a raise, I wanted to buy a new window air conditioner, but my wife wouldn’t let me. She told me that our old window air conditioner worked just fine. If I wanted a new window air conditioner, I was going to have to wait until this other window air conditioner stopped working. Honestly, I am shocked at how long a window air conditioner can last. I was really hoping that the window air conditioner would die in a few years, but it took nearly ten years before we actually had to buy a window air conditioner. However, as soon as it died, I was excited. I bought the best window air conditioner that money can buy, and I have no regrets.

I have been too busy between work commitments and my responsibilities being a caregiver for my disabled mother. Before I could set aside time to get caught up whenever I fell behind with work, but now I don’t have that luxury. I’ll get so far behind that there isn’t any time left in the day, or the week, to get my projects done within the deadlines I agreed to personally. Usually I try to cook most nights of the week, but lately I’ve been relying too much on frozen meals to get by while I scramble to get all of my work done for the day amid the duties I have helping my mom. My normal list of chores and housework is longer than usual because I haven’t had a chance to get a lot of it done in the time frame I’m normally accustomed to. I forgot to dust my house for several weeks and it was getting really obvious whenever I’d take a side glance at a random wall, a picture frame, or a piece of furniture in the living room. If you don’t stay on top of the dust in the house, it will end up affecting your indoor air. And if you also happen to have respiratory or sinus allergies, the dirtied indoor air will start to seriously affect your health as a whole. In my case, it led to a significant buildup of dust in my air conditioner filter and thus was affecting my HVAC performance without me realizing it. Right after I changed out my a/c filter, my HVAC system immediately started performing like normal again. It was no longer struggling just to stay on temperature with normal weather outdoors and no heat waves or cold snaps.

I’m used to 100 degree weather in this area during June, July, and August, but that doesn’t necessarily make it a lot easier to deal with when it results in high energy bills as I desperately try to keep it cooler than 80 degrees inside my house.

What are you supposed to do when the climate you live in suddenly becomes much more extreme and unrelenting than ever before. We have four seasons in my region, but all four are getting more extreme by the year. Our spring is typically a wonderfully mild transition into a hot and humid summer. Unfortunately, we had a quasi-long winter during our normal spring months. Autumn and winter start much earlier as well. But once we finally transition into summer for the year, things really start to get extreme. Last year the month of June saw heat waves enveloping areas like the Pacific Northwest that aren’t even used to those kinds of temperatures. I heard about people dying from heat exhaustion in 110 degree weather because they lived in homes that never needed air conditioning until the present day. Some people tried to go out and buy air conditioners on the spot but were disappointed when they learned that all of the window air conditioners, portable units, ductless mini splits, and central HVAC systems had all been bought up by others in their area with the same mindsets. I learned recently that my a/c was struggling needlessly because the thermostat was installed on a wall that gets a lot of natural radiant heat throughout the high-sun hours of early to late afternoon. The heat made the thermostat think the house was as warm as that wall from room to room, so I bought a remote sensor for my smart thermostat. That way I can control where my thermostat reads the home’s temperature.

Last week, I was looking in the newspaper and I saw with the local HVAC company was offering HVAC classes for homeowner.

They were showing simple things like how to changing air filter in the HVAC system, how to diagnose the problem and know if it was a problem with the thermostat, or simply a lipped breaker switch.

I thought that these were basic things that every homeowner new, but I was wrong. I went to the HVAC class, hoping to learn how to clean my furnace and air conditioning unit. There were several older couples there, who knew how to change the air filter, but I was shocked at the younger people who had no clue that there even was an air filter in their HVAC system. One woman said she was paying the HVAC technician to come to the house every month and do a service because she knew they change the air filters when they service the HVAC system. Listening to all the reasoning for these people being at the HVAC class, I felt like I was walking into the unknown abyss. I had nothing in common with any of these people, and I felt like I already knew more than they did. When I saw my local HVAC technician out the hallway, he looked at me oddly. I told him I was hoping to learn how to clean my HVAC system. He gave me a funny laugh and told me that’s what he was hired to do. Since he was such an excellent HVAC technician, I told him I was going to go home and relax for the evening. I already had someone to do the cleaning and servicing of my HVAC system.

Oliver was doing so well in his career as a dancer.

He couldn’t believe that what was once a dream is now his bread and butter.

Oliver liked to dance since he was a kid, and he was so good at it. His mom put him in dance classes from a young age, and a bit of music and instruments. They also did a lot of singing and dancing at home, and this made him like it even more. Eventually, his mom started shooting small videos of Oliver dancing. When he was 12, they would post them online, and he got many compliments. A local newspaper did an interview and Oliver mentioned all the artists he hopes to work with when he grows up. Well, now he is doing just that, booking shows and tours. The money is good, and Oliver recently purchased a house. It’s a small two bedroom home, and the first thing he did when he moved in was inspect the heating and cooling. Oliver is always away for months each year, so he wanted to make sure the heating and cooling was excellent. His sister was in college in the area, so she’d be staying in the house when he was away. Oliver hired a local HVAC professional who did an excellent job with AC maintenance. Then, he had to later learn how to change an air filter. Oliver went online and saw videos on YouTube explaining the process. It took him several tries, but he worked it out. At least his sister, who was laughing at him, would be comfortable when he was away for work.

I was also thinking about ACs, and had been eyeing this modern energy efficient heat pump.

Juliet and I are first cousins, and we’ve been living under the same roof for a long time. My mom got custody of Juliet after a tragic incident that took her mom from her life. Mom didn’t hesitate taking her in, and now we are as close as sisters can be. Juliet is only a year younger than me, so we relate about many things. We went to the same schools up until high school, then she went to college in the north. I think she wanted a chance to get to learn who she is, and also discover more about her dad. But, she also had the best college experience. Juliet ended up getting work up north, and eventually bought a house. I did the same, and we found ourselves recently talking about HVAC systems. As homeowners, we are now discovering that we find things like HVAC systems interesting. Juliet happened to mention she was thinking of upgrading the HVAC system in her home. Up north, the winters are brutal, so a furnace would be a much better heating system. I agreed with her, and we spoke about the most energy efficient furnace. I was also thinking about ACs, and had been eyeing this modern energy efficient heat pump. It’s funny how we can talk about anything and everything when we are together or on a phone call. Juliet told me later that she’d chosen to go with the gas furnace after consulting with a heating professional. And, the house had a wood stove which she was thinking of using to supplement her heat.
