Basically, I want a new house that has radiant heated flooring and a high efficiency a/c system. My mom does not entirely care about any of that, though, and she just wants a home that has some good views and a wood burning fireplace. She told me the other afternoon that she would not mind having radiant heated flooring in the powder rooms, but as long as it has some kind of a/c during the summer seasons, the rest isn’t that crucial.

They’ve been talking about it for months, but they actually have deep ties to the cabin that they are already living in. But, the cabin that they are living in is quite expansive for just the three of them now that all of their cousins left. At first, the sisters were talking about turning the aged home into a mini-resort. But they realized just how much of a huge undertaking it was going to be so they scrapped that idea. Anyway, now with that idea in the past, the sisters are going to sell the aged house. They are in the market for a modern and more energy efficient beach house. The main thing that they want is a high efficiency heating and cooling system. The sisters detest having to spend their savings on HVAC costs monthly. They want something that is certainly going to be less costly. They want a beach house that has radiant heated flooring and a high efficiency HVAC unit. One of them doesn’t care about any of that, though. She just wants a beach house that has fantastic views and a wood burning fireplace. She told her sisters the other day that she would not mind having radiant heated flooring in the bathroom, but as long as it has some kind of HVAC during the summers, the rest of it isn’t a top priority.

The lake house we live in is humungous for just the two of us now that all of our siblings have moved out. In fact, we’ve been talking about turning the aged house into a self-catering space. But, the other day one of our friends made us aware of just how much work it was going to be for us. That’s why we have kind of decided that we do not want to do that after all. Anyway, now the final decision is that we are going to sell the aged house, and are in the market for a new more energy efficient home. The primary thing that we’re looking for is a high efficiency heating and cooling system. The both of us don’t like paying high heating and cooling bills every single month. We want something that is going to be truly cheap. We want a smaller lake house that has radiant heated flooring and a high efficiency a/c. My sister does not truly like any of that, though. She just wants a lake house that has truly good views and a wood burning fireplace. She told me some time back that she would not mind having radiant heated flooring in the lavatories. As long as it has some kind of a/c during the summers, the rest of it isn’t that serious.

The only issue is, the condo that Jess lives in is way too big for her now that all of her kids have moved out. Jess was actually talking about turning the old condo into a rental space. But, she realized just how much work it was going to be for her. Jess has kind of decided that she doesn’t want to do that after all, and anyway. Jess see’s it’s better that she sells the old condo. She is in the market for a new more energy efficient home. The main thing that she is looking for is a high efficiency heating and cooling system. Jess actually hates having to pay high heating and cooling bills every single month and wants something that is going to be affordable. Jess is looking for a location that has radiant heated flooring and a high efficiency air conditioning system. She doesn’t want that, Jess also wants a location that has fantastic views and a wood burning fireplace. She told her friends she would not mind having radiant heated flooring in the lavatories as long as it has some kind of air conditioning in the summers. The rest of it doesn’t matter to her at all.
