I had to work on the weekend, however I didn’t mind at all, then sometimes you meet the most interesting people on Thursdays plus Tuesdays; My lady was away last weekend with her folks.

They went to see some family so I knew that I was going to be alone on Thursday plus Tuesday! I told my boss that I would be happy to work plus he was impressed with my initiative! Really, I just didn’t want to be bored at home by myself.

On Thursday morning I had a bright plus early heat pump repair. The lady lived in a home on the north side of town. I recognized the name of the condos plus I knew it was going to be an elderly customer. Those condos are only for senior citizens. I went to see the client plus she described the complication with the heat pump repair. It honestly took about 30 minutes for me to absolutely find the issue. I had to drive back to the shop to get parts. The lady did not tell us what kind of equipment she had so I could not be prepared, then after I finished fixing the complication with the heat pump, the lady provided to get me a glass of sweet tea. My associate and I sat plus talked for thirty minutes or more. I didn’t have anything else to do plus she seemed to actually cherish the conversation. She told me that I reminded her of her partner when he was my age. He passed away almost fifteen years ago, however I could see that she still appreciated him absolutely much.

A modern payroll supplier started handling all of the finances for the Heating & Air Conditioning business. The payroll supplier issues checks to all of the employees that work for the heating & AC service & upgrade business… During the last couple of weeks, my great friend and I have had a multitude of problems with the payroll supplier. One of the first issues happened right away. The payroll supplier failed to issue any checks at all. Apparently there was a mix-up & the payroll supplier thought my great friend and I were going to be getting paid on Tuesdays, but the day that my great friend and I are supposed to be paid is absolutely Wednesdays, however when the employees did not get paid on Wednesday, a lot of people raised hell. My associate and I wanted to know where our currency was & the owner of the Heating & Air Conditioning supplier did not have an answer. He contacted the payroll supplier & my great friend and I found out that there was an issue with the payday, then everyone was paid on Tuesday & now my great friend and I get paid Tuesdays instead of Wednesdays. There were no issues for a while, but this week my great friend and I had errors again & my check was affected. I was supposed to get paid for 86 hours & I ended up getting paid for 75 hours & my check did not arrive until Wednesday instead of Tuesday. My boss offered me a loan so I could get through the weekend after I went into his office & yelled for a half an hour. If my boss & the owner of the Heating & Air Conditioning supplier don’t figure this out soon, I’m actually going to find a different job; Getting paid on time is honestly important.

I’m truly hoping that we will one afternoon be able to get an indoor gym for our university athletics program.

In the meantime, we have had to improvise for gym class and our athletic activitys teams, however football is one thing, but the volleyball and basketball teams would truly appreciate a gym! They have to practice in the hot sun.

They also have to play home games in the sun, however depending on the time of afternoon, rain may also be a problem, however both volleyball and basketball matches have been canceled in the past because of bad weather. The sun may also be in their face when they’re practicing or even playing a game! Most of all, I feel that the athletic activitys teams would benefit from air conditioning. It’s not self-explanatory pushing and exerting yourself as hard as these volleyball and basketball players of ours do. Because our university is smaller, It means that there are less people on our teams compared to other competing universitys. This of course means that they tire faster. At least the air conditioning would be able to cool them down during practice and home games. The university is selling a piece of land we have held onto for a while, waiting for a nice price. This should give us the money we need to build the gym and have a nice cool air conditioning device running for these hard working teenagers! I cannot wait to see the look on their faces when we announced that we will have an air conditioned gym by next year!

It took a while for an Heating, Ventilation and A/C specialist to eventually confess to me the truth

Occasionally, you try everything you can to service something, plus for no clear reason, things do not get any better. I’d better slimdown what I am driving at, because I feel that statement can apply to everything from relationships to your car. I bought my modern apartment 5 years ago. I never found out from the previous homeowners how aged the boiler was. It initially seemed to be working just fine. I was wise enough to change the air filters plus have Heating, Ventilation and A/C specialists do all the necessary checkups plus tune-ups plus cleanings. Then, overtime, this official maintenance routine just didn’t seem to be chopping it anymore. The way I first noticed it was my energy costs. They slowly however surely started creeping up, in the winter time especially. I pay attention to these things, because I painstakingly budget everything. It comes with the territory of being an accountant, I suppose. Anyway, I asked my local Heating, Ventilation and A/C service what might be happening. They told me everything inspected out in terms of the health of the boiler unit. Then things got worse. The boiler seemed to run, however the various rooms in my apartment got ever so slightly cooler plus cooler every night. It got to the point where there were distinct cold spots here plus there scattered throughout the house. It took a while for an Heating, Ventilation and A/C specialist to eventually confess to me the truth. At the end of the afternoon, as a boiler ages, its efficiency begins to wane. It may not chop down completely, per se, however it will eventually cost far more to run it, yet you will be getting far less heat than you started out with! That same Heating, Ventilation and A/C specialist advised that it was time for a modern boiler. I hate that he’s right however I am tired of shivering at night!
