Getting everything done is now just impossible. That’s where we are now at this point. With the access to constant contact and information these afternoons, my list of things I enjoy doing is never ending. I can remember a time when I first started working inside the commercial heating, ventilation, and A/C of the office where finishing up the morning simply meant just that. I would complete the tasks that I had designated to be done for the work morning before I went home to my own air conditioning. That’s not really the case now. I’m pretty much in a constant state of triage when it comes to getting things done at work. There is never a morning when I can walk away from the office without anything waiting for me the next morning. But that’s also pretty much the way everything goes in this age. Even at home, I’m constantly trying to keep up with the stuff that has to get done. When it actually comes to the heating and cooling equipment though, I’ve finally hit on something that is making my life a lot easier at least in the heating, ventilation, and A/C regard. I have definitely struggled to even get the air filter for the heating, ventilation, and A/C equipment changed on time. So when it came to making my appointments for heating, ventilation, and A/C maintenance, I was not good at all. Too often, I would remember after the fact and either miss the appointment or forget to call. By joining the heating, ventilation, and A/C service plan, I’m now finding that I don’t have to worry about the heating and cooling equipment at all. The central heating, ventilation, and A/C corporation takes care of all of it, then from setting the appointments to accessing the heating, ventilation, and A/C unit, they also have it all under control.

Wow.

When I was told that I’d have my work split out for me with this regional office, they weren’t kidding.

But the pick to lead a regional office was easily too exciting for me to say anything but yes. I had been working inside the zone controlled heating, ventilation, and A/C of the corporate headquarters for a few years at that point. While I was simply blissful to have made it to corporate, I was also ready for a drastic leadership role. Well, I got one and it’s a handful. But thanks to a good local heating, ventilation, and A/C corporation, I have at least solved the commercial heating, ventilation, and A/C concerns that have plagued this building for far too long. Basically, I walked into a powder keg when it came to morale. Not only was morale low, there was a drastic hostility vibe as well. I don’t know if I’ve ever been in a work environment that was that negative. But each journey begins with a single step. So I spent my particularly first week doing nothing else particularly but listening and gathering information and perspectives. It was clear that this bunch of acquaintances felt completely adrift and alone in the corporation. I tried to explain that this wasn’t their fault but the fault of a series of ineffective management. And I was here to change that. Another first on that list of priorities was simple comfort in the workplace. There was literally one control unit for a one story building holding more than a hundred acquaintances. The second week I was actually here, I sent all the people home for a four morning weekend while the commercial heating, ventilation, and A/C was updated; then everyone returned to zone controlled heating, ventilation, and A/C with several separate control units and independent residential heating and cooling zones.

So honestly, I know I had sort of made my peace with the idea that I might not ever be a homeowner.

I was in my mid forties and single.

While I had been working in the same job for almost 2 decades, it wasn’t the sort of thing that was going to make me rich. So I was still living with heating, ventilation, and A/C equipment that wasn’t so good. But its loud noise helped muffle the sound of my noisy neighbors. I wasn’t bitter but just sort of accepted that while I’d keep saving for that downpayment, it might just not ever happen. That’s when everything changed in the time it took me to open a registered letter. My good aunt had left me everything she owned when she died. I didn’t know it. Sure, I was the closest relative to her and we loved spending time together. But I never thought she’d leave this all to me. We spent a couple of afternoons a month together. And I would also bag her around when it was time to get groceries and do errands. But I did this stuff because I enjoyed her and she was so much fun to be around. Suddenly, thanks to her kindness, I was the sole owner of a three dining room home. All I had to do was to update the residential heating, ventilation, and A/C and I had a turnkey situation as a homeowner. My good aunt also left me all her savings as well which was way more than enough to have the heating, ventilation, and A/C professionals put in the best heating, ventilation, and A/C technology out there. I’m just so fortunate to be a homeowner and to be here in this home with the best quality heating and air I’ve ever experienced.

It’s just so nice here right now.

• I just wish that there were months and months of this sort of weather, but unfortunately, the only months and months of the same sort of weather that we see is the winter time variety.

I definitely live so far north that we have to have both a wood stove and gas furnace for heating purposes. It doesn’t really take both of them working at the same time to supply heating that we need. But the wood stove heating helps take the sting out of the various heating bills from the gas furnace, you need heating at evening here along about mid or even early October. And the gas furnace has only not come on for heating in the evening over just the last 3 weeks or so. We’re absolutely right in that sweet spot where it’s such charming weather outside. Unlike our neighbors to the far south, we are still simply enjoying Springtime and all the rebirth that’s going on. I have basically put the gas furnace to bed until the heating, ventilation, and A/C professionals come out in late July to do the heating maintenance. However, it’s also time for the heating, ventilation, and A/C specialist to come out and do the air conditioning tune up before too long. In fact, I just removed the protective shell I put over the heating, ventilation, and A/C equipment outside that keeps the weight of the snow and ice off of it. We don’t really get a large demand for air conditioning here. But the older I get the more I like having air conditioning during the peak heating hours of the morning while I’m here inside.

When my loving wife first simply broached the subject of her parents retiring near us, she did so in a particularly smart way, then not only had we had an amazing morning together, she’d arranged for the kids to spend the evening with friends.

We had another charming bottle of wine, cooked together and just talked out on the deck and out of the air conditioning.

It was totally great. When she brought up the idea of the in-laws living right around the corner, I know she thought I was going to freak out maybe. But this conversation wasn’t exactly a surprise. I also knew that her folks were sick of a winter time where they have to use a gas furnace for heating, dealing with the snow, ice, sub zero temperature and just the sheer length of that winter time was beating them down. When they came for Christmas, they constantly wanted to stay for weeks! So I knew that this was something that my loving wife was struggling with… My relationship with her parents is cordial even though I was not their choice for sure. That also leaves me in a tough spot much of the time. But it’s one thing being inside the central air conditioning of my home for weeks at a time and living here. We talked that evening and I particularly did more listening than talking. My loving wife had found a locale that they could afford. All we had to do was update the heating, ventilation, and A/C equipment. I have an acquaintance who is an actual heating, ventilation, and A/C professional so that was no problem. In fact, when the in-laws did buy the house, the heating, ventilation, and A/C corporation did us such a solid with bargain basement pricing on the residential heating, ventilation, and A/C.

New heating and cooling information

There was absolutely no need for heating and cooling as the weather was perfect.

There are particular times in life where a person, or in our case a couple, just have to hit the reset button; then I actually realized that this was happening about the same time my loving wife did, and we were just crawling into bed after I set the control unit for the evening. We like to sleep a bit cooler inside the central air conditioning of our home. The kids were finally done and our chores done for the evening, but it was just Wednesday and the weekend felt such a long way away, and plus, we had another round of toting the kids all over for the weekend on tap which isn’t exactly relaxing. It’s simply better than being stuck inside the commercial heating, ventilation, and A/C of the office but not by much. It was that Wednesday evening earlier in the Springtime when it was obvious that we were in need of that reset button. It also took a couple of weeks to put everything together to make a four morning weekend happen for just the two of us. The Grandparents are constantly game to have the kids and our kids cherish staying with them. They also have a pool and our kids just can’t get enough of that, just leaving on a Wednesday morning for our trip was a thrill. There was absolutely no need for heating and cooling as the weather was perfect. We rolled down the windows and opened the sunroof to prefer our ride. The room at the cool spa we stayed in was also quite comfortable thanks to a ductless heat pump. This was also my first experience with this heating, ventilation, and A/C unit; and then I have to simply say that it has those giant wall units beat, however our stay was magical and I have to say that the quality heating and air we loved from the ductless heat pump was the best ever.
